The toughest part of the job is balancing being a strict dad while still showing him that we can talk about anything like buddies.

The greatest joy is showing him how to do things and seeing the excitement on his face.

My words of wisdom would be to always be mindful of what you say to and around children. As they look up to you, and they want to be just like you. So show the best you at all times. Even though the bad you may want to come out.
